Malta Music Week 2012


Summer has arrived early this year in Malta,and most of us are already enjoying the sun and beaches.  Summer is also a time to party and enjoy long evenings out with friends and great music.  For the 4th consecutive year, Malta will be hosting a music festival.  Kicking off on the 22nd June, the music week is full of activities throughout Malta and Gozo.  The week includes various clubbing activities and open air concerts.

Birgufest

Between the 7th and the 9th October, Birgu will be holding a national annual event, known as the Birgufest. A popular cultural event will be held on the 1st October  in the very popular city in Malta’s capital, Valletta .  The Notte Bianca is the one night where Valletta’s history comes to live promising an evening of art, culture and more.  Some of the most important buildings, monuments and museums will be open to the public on this event until the early hours of the morning.
