Climate

Weather in Malta is typically Mediterranean and relatively predictable. In summer there are long and hot summer days and warm nights. Winters are noticeable in their coolness. Due to the surrounding waters, Malta is very humid and although the temperature rarely falls below double digits, it can still feel very cold outside on a winters day. September brings the first rains of the season which washes away the heat of the summer months. This first burst lasts just a week or two and then the cooler weather sets in until the Spring. Best of all, Malta enjoys over 300 days of sun each and every year, so there is always something to smile about on these beautiful islands.
